Morning Briefing and Order Review

Our team convenes each morning to review the day's orders. We prioritize shipments based on product type, destination, and special handling requirements. This strategic approach allows us to allocate resources efficiently and maintain our high customer satisfaction standards.

Inventory Management

Accurate inventory management is crucial in our operations. We conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability and quality. This diligence helps us prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring that our customers receive fresh and high-quality products. 

 

Picking and Preparation

With the orders prioritized, our team begins the picking process. Each item is carefully selected from our inventory, with live fish and aquatic plants handled with the utmost care. We place them in appropriate containers to minimize stress and maintain their health during transit.

Packaging Process

Packaging is a critical aspect of our dispatch routine. For live fish, we follow a meticulous process:

  • Individual Bagging: Each fish is placed in its own bag after a quarantine period to ensure safety during transportation.

  • Temperature Control: We monitor weather conditions at the destination and include hot or cold packs as needed to regulate the temperature inside the package.

  • Protective Measures: The bags are then placed in insulated boxes with cushioning materials to prevent movement and absorb shocks during transit.

This careful packaging process ensures that livestock arrive healthy and safe.

Shipping Coordination

Once packaged, orders are labeled and sorted for shipping. We collaborate with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. For live aquatic life, we utilize overnight shipping services to minimize transit time and stress on the animals.

 

Customer Communication

Transparency is key to our customer service. We provide tracking information and updates to keep customers informed about their orders. Our team is always ready to address any concerns, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
