Shipping Policy:
We will ship all Livestock and plants on Mondays, express and tracked.
We will ship tanks at the buyer’s risk. We are unable to offer any insurance on aquariums shipped. We do our utmost to ensure all tanks are wrapped appropriately and marked as fragile.
All orders are “authority to leave” without signature unless otherwise requested. If there is a failed delivery, you will incur a re-delivery fee of $20 to be paid prior to re delivery.
Heavy items and long-distance or remote shipping may attract an additional fee, we will notify you prior to dispatch if this is the case. All orders (except livestock and plants) are dispatched within 1-3 business days, subject to availability of items. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location.
NT customers need a permit before we can ship any plants.
TAS customers are only able to order dry goods
WA customers cannot order plants - fines can apply
Shipping Destinations:
We ship to all States and Territories within Australia.
Prevailing Language:
The Shipping Policy shall be prepared and executed in English and if translated into a language other than English for any purpose, the English version shall in all events prevail and be paramount in the event of any differences, questions, or disputes concerning the meaning, form, validity, or interpretation of the Shipping Policy.
